Do shoppers need crypto?
No. They pay from an app they already have, like Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Coinbase or Robinhood. Every one of those apps holds a dollar stablecoin (USDC or PYUSD) and can send it in a few taps. We show them exactly where to tap.
What does the merchant receive?
USDC, a dollar-backed stablecoin, sent to the wallet you connect to your Switch Pay account. Keep it in USDC or convert it to dollars wherever you already hold USDC.
How fast is settlement?

Are there chargebacks?
